The goal is ambitious but necessary—$300,000 must be raised by the Sendero Centre in the next few months to ensure essential services continue for those who rely on them and us.

About the event
This is a very important moment for our agency. We are deeply concerned for our clients and the families we support across Central Alberta. If we do not get the support we need over the next two months, we will have to reduce services, which means fewer programs, fewer staff, and fewer resources for the people who have been impacted by sexual violence, abuse and trauma.
The Sendero Centre will be hosting ‘ Toonies for Tomorrow’ throughout the month of June, starting on June 2 and wrapping up on Friday, June 20.
Donation portals will be set up at locations around Red Deer and Central Alberta, collecting cash and online donations. Individuals and community groups are also being encouraged to ‘donate a toonie, a twenty or more’ online or at one of the various locations around Central Alberta.
